Update text to clarify weights #73

Include more information to help them understand this a little better

Let's put this in the instructions or as a hover tooltip. Could also consider whether just updating the label to say "Weighted ROI Mask" is enough. The text was taking up the vertical space we need to keep for users with small screens/who need to zoom.
