Improvements for small screens

I've started to use jquery so the code is a bit of a mixed-up mess now, but it will work for our purposes...

Changes

• Remove figure legend from ROI thumbnail.
• Make image adjustment sliders fit in one row, andmake them collapsible.
• Add padding to chart so that the caption doesn't get cut off by the 'submit' overlay.
• Update button placement and styles to better use vertical space.
