This pull request makes the popup plots interactive, allowing users to pan and zoom to get a better view of the sweep response.

experiment popup plot is interactive
test pulse popup plot is interactive
code in sweep.py refactored to several separate modules with distinct responsibilities
pytest-check plugin added, enabling non-blocking assertions
removes unnecessary bessel filter on plotted sweep data
