adds a test for the sweep table view which simulates the user clicking on various table cells
adds some common functionality for testing menu actions on pre_fx_controller and implements these tests.
uses pytest_check everywhere applicable to support non-blocking multiple asserts
slightly refactors overburdened SweepTableView.on_clicked
