remove integration folder

The integration folder contained a handful of old tests that I'm assuming Justin @mochic wrote long ago. The readme says:

just a bunch of tests to run that kinda require network access at the institute and aren't meant to be run all the time, maybe they can be migrated to the main testing suite if they are deemed important enough

The pipfile and or the pipfile.lock files are trigger a dependabot security alert. I don't understand the proposed automated changes, so it seems more prudent to simply remove the entire integration folder
