Readme installation instructions out-of-date #769

Installation instructions found in readme no longer install the most up-to-date version of visual_behavior_analysis.

  1. The command:

pip install git+http://stash.corp.alleninstitute.org/scm/vb/visual_behavior_analysis.git

Installs the version of visual_behavior_analysis from the BitBucket stash repository, last updated June 2018.

  1. Reference to internal whl file is out-of-date.
