Final titer #574

Scientists provide the titer of the viral prep lot (and ultimately this will be ingested from TARS). But in virus cocktails, the final titer is different (i.e. when mixing multiple viruses together, each virus is diluted). We need to add a function that calculated the final titer of each injection material based on the volume of each virus and the titer of the prep lot. Simple math.

I'm not actually sure how best to implement the final titer calculation... might need some help on that
