User story

As a user, I want jobs submitted to aind-airflow service instead of directly to the hpc, so the jobs can be better monitored and restarted.

Acceptance criteria

[x] Given a user submits a job, then the job will be submitted to aind-airflow-service instead of the hpc
[x] Given a user checks the job_status page, the information about the jobs will be pulled from airflow instead of the slurm cluster.
