NWB to dataframe tools

Creates a tidy dataframe of the events in acquisition, ignoring FIP data.

• resolves #1
• resolves #32
• reorganizes files into alignment and nwb_utils
• Updates pyproject.toml to add new hdmf_zarr stuff
• ensures that df_trials and df_session works with new NWB format. This involves some hacky code to make metadata information consistent. This needs to be planned out - What data do we want in df_session?
• Adds nwb_utils.create_fib_df
• We need to add unit testing for new NBW files, but I want to merge this in.

@rachelstephlee I think this is ready for review and merging in. There is more work to do, but its already getting so big.
