User story

As a developer, I want to ensure that the rig and instrument schemas are working correctly since it’s hard to automate

Acceptance criteria

[x] Given the metadata entry app, go through the rig schema as a scientist.
[x] Given the metadata entry app, go through and fill out the instrument schema as a scientist.
[x] Given any undesired behavior, handle via this ticket or create issues
