Currently there are no user docs or clear way for users to file bugs or get help on the web app.
Describe the solution you'd like
[Optional] Add production link to README.md (it is already in the About section in GitHub for the repo)
Add About/Help button on main page which opens a popup dialogue or side bar which contains:
a) Description of app and any critical user instructions (e.g. what does Submit button do?)
b) Contact info (email/ alias?) for support.
c) [Optional] Link to GitHub repo for application.
d) [Optional] Link to file feature request or report bugs on GitHub.
