Add redirect from old gcp hosted site #152

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A few users are still using the old gcp site, which is no longer maintained. We should host a redirect notice with plans to retire it completely in a month or so.

Describe alternatives you've considered We can just retire the site without a redirect notice

Let's just shut down the gcp hosted site

This was shut down. That url returns a 404 not found response.
