Multiple issues were causing the "Autofill" feature to not work correctly (see my comment in #108 for examples).
This PR provides the following fixes for the Autofill feature:
Added error handling and file validation, with toast messages for pending/success/errors
Enables file browser to select only JSON files on default
If input file is not readable JSON, the specific error is displayed to user
If user cancels file upload, error is auto-dismissed
Validate the schema type and version from the input file
Schema type and version parsed from describedBy and schema_version fields
If input file does not have valid schema type or version, user is notified and prompted to check their file
Enables Autofill feature to load any metadata file (switches dropdown selections automatically)
Clear manually-set formData (from autofill) after a new schema/version is selected
