ui-schema selection based on schema

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Create a UISchemaSelect method that will set uiSchema based on user-selected schema. This will be useful once there are more corresponding ui schemas

Acceptance Criteria -Replace if statement in RenderForm.js that sets uiSchema to EphysSessionUISchema when ephyssession is selected

• write UISchemaSelect method
• uiSchema={UISchemaSelect}
