Housing info for Subject #127

Is it possible to get room and cage ids for mice from LabTracks? If so, this would allow us to track light cycle, which would be very valuable. @mekhlakapoor lmk if that information is not available

Housing info is available: fields cage_id and room_id in animals_common. Use room_id to map light cycle -- this might be done in a later ticket, timezone?
