Update labtracks and sharepoint clients to async methods #151

User story

As a user, I want to retrieve data asynchronously, so I don't have to wait as long to get procedures data.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] The get_procedures and get_subject methods for labtracks and sharepoint are made async. The calls in the server are made into await. This will enable fetching data concurrently.
