Update aind-data-schema version #160

User story

As a user, I want the latest version of aind-data-schema, so I can use the latest updates to the schema definitions

Acceptance criteria

[x] Given a user requests data from subjects or procedures, then the data from the backend databases will be mapped to aind-data-schema models from version 0.19.0
