Integrate response from tars_injection_materials into Procedures #167

User story

As a user, I want procedures with injection materials, so I can have valid and complete data

Acceptance criteria

[x] Given a user inputs a mouse id into the procedures, then the injection materials from the tars_injection_endpoint will be incorporated if it exists
[x] Given there is an error retrieving data from the tars_injection_materials endpoint, then a warning will be returned to the user
