Add Check on Molecular Registry in TARS #171

User story

As a user, I want the genome_name in injection materials from TARS. Get a response from molecular registry.

Acceptance criteria

[x] Given plasmid_name from ViralPrepLot response, query the Molecular registry
[x] Given response from Molecules, map full_genome_name
[x] Integrate molecular check into injection_materials mapping

Notes: This ticket took longer than expected, but once I realized the solution it only took a couple days to refactor and integrate the molecules response. Because I was helping with recruiting, it took me a little longer than it normally would've to think about how to do this. The review process also took a second because I made some silly mistakes. Will try to be a bit more mindful moving forward
