User story

As a user, I want to pull the latest information from the funding sheet, so I can attach it to my metadata.

Acceptance criteria

[x] Given an api token and sheet id for the funding smartheet, when a user queries data from the funding endpoint, then a list of funding models will be returned to the user.

Ask Shelby or Abbie for the latest Smartsheet id and api token.

This ticket was pretty quick. Only reason it took longer than planned was because some confusion around generating the access token (and whose account to use to generate). It was also clarified later that we wanted to query the funding endpoint with project_name not project_code
