Fix: Surgery Protocols are NSB only #223

User story

The surgery protocol that we're mapping to the Surgery class only applies to NSB surgeries and not to the LAS surgeries.

Acceptance criteria

[x] Change the way we're mapping protocols so that it only maps it for NSB surgeries
