SLIMS structure has updated so that Instruments are now held in the reference data module -> Instrument JSON -> Records. As a developer, I want to fetch Instrument and Rigs from this updated location.
Acceptance criteria
[ ] Given Reference module, search Instrument JSON table
[ ] Given specific instrument name (instrument_version), search Instrument JSON table

Notes
The table name may be named differently in prod vs dev, so make it an env variable. Since now there’s multiple jsons for a single instrument/rig, search based on that specific name rather than the instrument
