Checks whether a surgery is from NSB. All procedures from NSB have "NSB" in experimenter name (if there is no author_id from the NSB data -> experimenter name is just "NSB"; otherwise it's "NSB-{author_id}"
If surgery is from NSB, then integrates protocols
