Fix cage_id #230

Describe the bug The subject endpoint is returning validation errors for field cage_id, which is expecting a string.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to http://aind-metadata-service/subject/722121
  2. See error

Expected behavior cage_id should be a string
