User story

As a developer, I want to do a check to ensure that SLIMS queries and mapping works with SLIMS prod environment.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Given SLIMS is deployed to prod, fetch from rigs endpoint
[ ] Given SLIMS is deployed to prod, fetch from instrument endpoint
[ ] (Optional) Given different table name, add as environment variable

Sprint Ready Checklist
