UI for searching

User story

As a user, I want a ui with a search bar, so I can use the service more easily.

Acceptance criteria

• [x] An index.html file that is loaded when a user goes to http://aind-metadata-service
• [x] A search bar that will retrieve and display the responses from Labtracks and Sharepoint
• [x] (Stretch) A loading gif since the sharepoint response is a bit slow
• [x] (Maybe?) Display the service version number, a note about it being in beta, and maybe a useful paragraph explaining what the service is intended for

Original post:

Very excited about this service and I think it would be a great to have a UI (even a very simple one) to be able to search for subject ids to start with. Could have an impact in being able to get more folks in the building to use it.
