Jinho will revisit and try ICA approach again
Previous approach was not used because it required averaging hundreds of frames
Why is the averaging a problem?
The microscope is more stable now with digital demultiplexing so this approach might work better now
Natalia says this is worth redoing now
be careful about bugs in scikit-image ICA code
