6/27 - Once I moved to developing outside of CO, things moved faster. VS Code -server cannot be installed to run my env in VS Code. It's something with my current configuration that is causing the error (or maybe b/c I have a manually generated Docker file). When I get back from vacation I would like to get this figured out.
Leaving this open b/c I was not able to figure out where a large repo is being sourced from in neuropil_correction and dff. These two capsules have been validated locally (I have run and generated data on my local machine on these branches) just not in CO.
Also would be useful for David and/or Johannes to review each capsule & how they are formatted etc to make sure things conform to their expectations (are there standards for how capsules should be set up??)
7/10 - Not sure what was wrong with the neuropil correction capsule but it's fixed and working.
