• Adding this to priorities and creating issue on on aind-ophys-utils

For QC purposes to look at z-drift or other changes over time

already have code for this in BOQC, can port over to aind-ophys-utils (in video tools module?)

Not done yet. Multiple capsule might need slightly different parameters so this suggests that it could live in a separate layer.
