Client to get records from aind slims server #9

User story

As a user, I want a client to use to connect to slims, so I can retrieve records from there.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Given a username, password, host, and db, a Slims API client will be created.
[ ] Given a table name and criteria, a record(s) from the table will be returned.
[ ] Given a table name and criteria, a requests Response object can be returned.
