Adding feature: tiff to ome zarr conversion to the pipeline
Adding feature: delete intermediate output images from pystripe and terastitcher. Disabled by default (see clean_output param)
Updating documentation and installers to install tool on Vertex AI
PD: Currently, the tiff to OME-Zarr conversion does not have a progress bar since computation is set to true by default on ome-zarr-py package. I am currently working on that in a forked repo.
Please let me know if there's any recommendation about the repo structure. Also, I'll start unitary tests soon...
