Let's try to rename repo to follow aind convention. And then this is done as documented here : https://github.com/AllenNeuralDynamics/physiology_codeocean_pipelines_paper

@Ahad-Allen will test integration of this capsule with the Ephys base capsule built by Alessio

Alessio is still working on Zarr output of his capsule but this can be tested with HDF5 mode.
