Upload manifest should be generated with each save trial

It appears that the users sometimes close the session without saving at the end. No data is lost because each trial is saved.

• This means no upload manifest is generated
• It means that no final weight and water are saved.

Details. I propose the following solution:

• The function Foraging._generate_upload_manifest() is called as part of the saving process after the first trial, and then again at the end of the session.
• We need to make sure the upload time is after the end of the session. So if we are creating the upload manifest after the first trial, lets set the upload time to 11:59pm. Then, at the end of the session when the final manifest is saved, we change the upload time to 8:30.
• Creating the manifest at the start of the session ensures the data will get uploaded if (1) the session crashes, (2) the user forgets to add the final weight info and press save.
• Add an error to the log if the manifest generation fails for any reason

Based on further discussion with @arielleleon the best approach here is to create the upload manifest at the start of the session, and then not modify it at the end of the session. So lets set the upload time to 830, or maybe 9 to give a little buffer to users returning the mice to the vivarium before the 830 light cycle switch.
