Add support for folders that begin with behavior

The folder with prefix behavior_ isn't being registered to codeocean.

User story

As a user, I want to be able to upload multiple platforms.

• [x] Upgrade aind-data-schema to 0.26.5
• [x] Given curated_dir_path, parse folder name to get platform
• [x] Given search root path, search for regex pattern with platform abbreviation
• [x] Change bucket in workflow yaml file to aind-private-data-prod-o5171v
• [x] Add platform abbreviation to list of tags
• [x] Remove experiment type from custom metadata data
• [x] User DataLevel.DERIVED.value for tag and custom metadata data level
• [x] Also parse github messages that start with M in addition to the ones that start with A
• [ ] (Stretch) Add unit tests
