Create a very high-level dashboard in Streamlit, similar to what Jackie has with MindScope:
potentially related to #27

@hanhou I'm following up with Shelby on the capacity to set up a high level training page with SLIMS.

@dyf , how we can leverage SLIMS for this issue? I can also confer with Lisa once she's back.
