Use s3fs for user-selection of s3 bucket #14

User story

As a user, I want to be able to select the s3 bucket that is mounted as local file system in the Appstream VM.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] ~~Setup default AWS credentials for s3fs (appstream profile or assumed role or password file)~~ Use rclone instead #15
[x] Setup default conda initiation and sleap config
[x] User can use s3fs to mount s3 bucket onto user file system
[x] User can conda activate sleap env
[x] User can directly add S3 video in Sleap GUI
