User story

As a user, I want to be able to access s3 buckets mounted on the local file system in the Appstream VM via rclone.

Acceptance criteria

[x] rclone built into image
[x] sleap built into image
[x] rclone mount bucket on startup in background
[x] User can add mounted S3 video in Sleap GUI
