User story

As a user, I want to compare the performance of the different imaging software applications by training existing models on sample datasets.

Acceptance criteria

[x] Given sample datasets, train simple top-down model on Sleap.
[x] Given sample datasets, train simple model on DeepLabCut.
[x] Given sample datasets, train default top-down model on Sleap.
[x] Given sample datasets, train default model on DeepLabCut.
[x] Given sample datasets, train default single baseline model on Sleap.
[x] Given sample datasets, train default single pretrained model on Sleap.
[x] Generate a simple report using mean pixel error to evaluate performance.
[x] Spend some time looking at the results and document the pros/cons of each pose estimation package.
[x] Upload results to repo
