In addition to what she's done, I have cleaned up the references.bib document which is now produced by Zotero. I have replaced as many citation links with "real" Jupyter book citations as I could find.
I also removed the vbn unit quality tutorial since it was merged with the vcnp one.
This git history is very confusing, so I might suggest we squash it.
