Databook link expansion #66

Adds a variety of links to pages; also various bug fixes to book building, typo fixes, and some rewording, adjustments, and corrections to content (e.g. orthogonal -> parallel, correction to technical details of 2p-microscopy)

Issue not yet resolved; more links to be added
