install.ps1 doesn't work anymore on windows 11. #9

the first part fails to download the files.

that said i have a new syntax for powershell that does work.

Invoke-Webrequest url -Outfile filename

will test the other two parts of the script once the downloads are done.

the rest of the script seems fine. i suggest making the change to the start of the script.

Now i'm trying to figure out why there seem to be only 3 non stop courses.
