Unable to open Eagle schemaic. #1

Hello, Nice project but i'm unable to open the eagle schematic. I always get this error. Thank you and happy holydays. schematic error

Sorry, i have no idea about working with with Eagle. Project was created in KiCad

Thank you. I'll try to install KiCad. I'm working on CCTalk to paralel convertor. This project should work as an emulator for an EURO bill validator, right?
