As CLARISA admin user,I want create a way to manage duplicated institutions, so that I want to create a module to manage duplicated registries and merge data

@yeyo2k3 Can you please elaborate more status of this issue? It's been three days in a row in the same issue?

@RodrigoOrtizM, this week, we were currently working on backend components, frontend components are missing and are planned to complete next week. In addition,we were working wth IT on testing server release

Frontend mockup

Based on mockup we included the funionality to add a new institutions to list, the issue was completed and working there are pending frontend features to improve user experience.
