As CLARISA user loged, I want manage roles for CLARISA Services so that I need to create a admin Panel to manage roles into CLARISA

We created a mockup here , After aprovation of mockup, we developed a interface with all services with frontend components after review the funtionality of this section, we proceed to close this issue

The table is divided into two tabs, to identify the deactivated and activated, in addition the functionality of activating the role is created
