Online submission tool need a list of one CGIAR MELIA study types from CLARISA. based on this, we need to create a new control list and add it to Submission Tool control list portafolio

The control list needs to be exposed in the following endpoint http://clarisa.cgiar.org/api/MELIA/study-types

We create a data structure, with the following fields Table oc_study_types

• id: incremental identifier
• name: study type name
• description: study type full description

We created a new controler at endpoint https://clarisatest.ciat.cgiar.org/api/MELIA/study-types in CLARISA testing environment

We created a section in CLARISA testing environment to manage the api documentation in https://clarisatest.ciat.cgiar.org/swagger/generalListReference.html#section3-item10

We moved this issue to review and comunicate this to Submission Tool Team for testing
