As [CLARISA user, I want [get the list of outcome areas of One CGIAR] so that [I can extract this Information trought CLARISA webpage]

Acceptance Criteria

    • [x] Given [a user Into One CGIAR control list section] , when [The user press the section button research strategy 2030], then, [the website shows the option to view the list of outcome areas]
    • [x] Given [a user Into One CGIAR control list section] , when [the user press the button display control list], then, [The system shows de list of outcome areas from the API]
    • [x] Given [CLARISA user get the list of outcome areas from the website] , when [The CLARISA user press excel button], then, [The system exports the information via excel througth CLARISA web page]
