Description:

Testing server migration to DMZ obligate to CLARISAtest to send email notifications through backup SMTP server on CIAT, For this reason, we need to make a change. when MARLO and CLARISA work with Dev profile use CIAT SMTP instead Symantec Cluster

After make changes on backend to identify working environment, we test the funtionality using CIAT SMTP and server responses
