Create expense / income / savings table component

Description:

• show data from the newest date to the oldest date
• show only 10 transactions per page
• when the user clicks the edit button - shows a filled form with the actual transaction prepared for edit
• when the user clicks the delete button - show a dialog to confirm deleted transactions

Show message: No data is available for this period.

Some errors occurred: Show the message "Something went wrong. Please try again later." with a button (variant text) "reload"
