Remaining Poloniex Icons and Aliasing #166

This pull request adds all the remaining Poloniex icons to the list as well as creates an alias list for exchanges that have icons listed differently.

The aliases option was added to the gulp-iconfont-css library as a pull request https://github.com/backflip/gulp-iconfont-css/pull/57, but it hasnt been updated in a year so not sure when it will get pulled. In the meantime I added https://github.com/bradrisse/gulp-iconfont-css to the package list until the alias pull request is merged.

@AllienWorks how is it going? Do you still maintain this project? Do you need any help? If you need I can help you with maintaining it. I really want this project to go further and I'm sure many others want this too.

@sergiubologa hey there. I took a small break from this project, but I want to go further, that's for sure. Just haven't had the time lately. A lot of PRs to merge, a lot of requests waiting.. I hope to jump on it soon-ish :)
