flags.cmake no longer honored? #73

fresh clone flags.cmake is not getting picked up..

Appears to be working here. I've tried:

/run.sh examples/vtk/vtk_omni_example.cpp

This requires examples/vtk/flags.cmake otherwise vtk is not linked.

What do you have in your flags.cmake file and where are you placing the flags.cmake file. Where are you running the run script from and where is your source file located?
